Your mission
As an ERP Software Developer at XXXLDigital, you play a crucial role in the further development and optimization of our ERP system, which covers everything our stakeholders need, from statistical reports and complex interfaces to external service providers or web-based graphical interfaces.
Your main tasks will be:
Introduction to Intersystems Caché/IRIS: You will be introduced to the programming languages Caché Objectscript and Intersystems IRIS, which form the foundation of our ERP system. We provide you with all the training and resources you need to ensure you can learn and use the languages efficiently.
System development: You will actively work on the further development and optimization of our ERP system to ensure that it always meets the current requirements of the company and the industry.
Innovative software solutions: Together with your team, you are responsible for the conception and development of creative, innovative, and sustainable software solutions that support and optimize our business processes.
Team collaboration: You will work closely with our experienced Caché developers and regularly coordinate with internal specialist departments to ensure that the solutions developed meet the requirements and can be seamlessly integrated into our existing systems.
Project responsibility: You will take on the independent management and implementation of development projects, from planning to implementation, and ensure that they are completed on time and according to the specified specifications.
What you bring to the table
To be successful as an ERP software developer at XXXLDigital, you need to:
Have basic knowledge of software development and programming.
Have a passion for innovation and a desire to actively drive change.
Be a team player and have strong communication skills.
Have strong analytical skills, particularly in the area of commercial processes.
Have excellent written and spoken German skills.
Nice-to-haves:
Knowledge of using tools such as Jira, Confluence, VS Code, GIT.
Experience with Agile development methods.
Solid knowledge of English.
What would thrill us
Knowledge of Caché Objectscript or Intersystems IRIS.
Experience with ERP systems, particularly on a host basis.

The minimum salary for this position is € 36,000.00 gross per annum (full-time) at the start of the career, depending on qualifications/training – further overpayment is of course possible depending on professional experience and alignment with the market.
