That’s you:
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of Data Science or Data Engineering.
Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, SQL) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to present actionable insights.
Strong analytical skills.
Methodical, structured and proactive way of working.
Team player qualities and strong communication skills.
Very good German and English skills.

Define and lead data strategy initiatives, aligning data collection and preparation with organizational goals.
• Drive the development, validation, and deployment of advanced machine learning and statistical models.
• Provide strategic guidance by translating complex data insights into impactful business recommendations.
• Oversee the integration of predictive models into scalable data products and operational processes.
• Ensure alignment of data science methodologies with organizational governance, quality, and ethical standards.
Automate, maintain, operate and continuously improve data pipelines.
